Colin Khoury
Senior Director of Science and Conservation, San Diego Botanical Garden
Colin Khoury is the Senior Director of Science and Conservation at the San Diego Botanic Garden, and visiting researcher at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), a CGIAR international agricultural research center. Colin holds a PhD from Wageningen University in the Netherlands and a Master of Science from the University of Birmingham, UK, and has held posts at academic, nonprofit, industry, government and international organizations in the US, Europe and South America, including at the Crop Trust. Colin's core interest is studying and highlighting the importance of conservation and access to biodiversity for food and nutrition security.
