Last week, the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) opened its new Morocco Genebank in Rabat. The state-of-the-art facility maintains and shares a unique and remarkable collection of wheat, barley, chickpea and lentil diversity from the region and beyond.
